Introduction to DialogShift conversational framework

Mandatory component: DialogShift Core Cloud

  • Conversational Content Management System (CMS)
    Create, edit and storage of conversations and their business logic

  • Multi-Language
    Multiple languages in parallel can be freely defined. Onboard users in their preferred language and allow language switch.

  • Execution and orchestration of conversations
    Executes conversations across all channels (website, mobile, messenger apps, API) and provides a unified API for NLU, business logic processing, integration to legacy systems

  • User context storage
    Storage of user specific context infomation that has been collected in the course of the conversation (either by user interaction or by data enrichment with legacy systems)

  • Statistics Dashboard
    Dashboard showing all key metrics of each conversational framework

  • Collaboration management
    Allow collaboration for several stakeholders (developers, copy writers, designers) on same framework

Example use cases: Generate leads on website, facilitate conversions on website or during check-out workflows, provide a contextutal dialog with customer during website visit, guide visitors to webpages/products
